Interested in Joining our team of volunteers?

At We'll Be the Parent, Inc. we will be offering direct mentoring to the children of the family and/or loved ones that request our services. We will pair the child with the mentor that will be most compatible with the child and most effective at influencing their thinking and guiding them to a more positive route. We plan on taking each case seriously and to be the necessary substance that is needed in order to bring about the most radical changes in the most troubled teens. We are currently exploring ways to instill ourselves into the community and be of aid to other organizations that align with our mission. We are also exploring ways in which we can make a huge impact on children in foster homes and cultivating love where it is most needed. ALL of our volunteers will have be subjected to background checks for child related offenses as to be in compliance with Texas State Law. We are a forgiving organization, meaning we do take on individuals with backgrounds as volunteers (with the exception of ANY KIND OF CHILD RELATED ABUSE AND/OR NEGLECT OFFENSES) meaning that ex-felons can apply and become volunteers. We encourage growth and development in all facets of our community and support anyone demonstrating the qualities of our mission in hopes of collectively building a better tomorrow. When we begin taking on applications, all those that are interested will be able to apply here.

Volunteer Code of Conduct

Our Code of Conduct for our entire organization is simple yet provides a ton of protection against ourselves, the parents of the children which we assist, and the children themselves.
